Our standard lead time is between 90 to 120 days from the receipt of an official Purchase Order, ensuring timely delivery of your goods.

Our standard payment terms require a 40% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance payable upon handover of goods, offering a flexible and secure transaction process.
We operate on a USD FOB Chennai basis, with Chennai being our closest port for shipments. This ensures smooth logistics and efficient delivery of your orders.
Our founder NC John was a visionary and a pioneer.
He started a business in floor coverings based in Kerala
India in 1921 made from natural fibres such as Coir,
Jute and Sisal.
The company was incorporated in 1943 and is now
managed by third and fourth generation entrepreneurs,
exporting to 35 countries.
NCJohn diversified into apparel in 1992, opening a
dedicated factory in Tirupur, in Tamil Nadu in 1992. As
specialist manufacturers of sustainable apparel we are
now exporting our apparel to clients across the USA,
France, Italy, UAE, Poland, Australia, New Zealand and
the U.K
Our mission at NC John is to create the most extensive
collection of sustainable fibers on the planet to meet
the needs of the circular economy.
We are embracing the rapid textile innovation
happening in labs across the globe, and providing a way for
brands to start incorporating these innovative
fabrics into their ranges now.
